Short Answer
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email once your parcel has been dispatched.
If you can’t find your tracking email, you can log in to your Skipper account at account.skipper.org using the email address used to place your order. From there, you’ll be able to view your orders and tracking details.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking link.
You can:
View delivery progress
Manage delivery preferences
Redirect your parcel
Update your delivery address (before it’s out for delivery)
To manage your parcel, we recommend using the Australia Post mobile app.

Important:
You must log into the Australia Post app using the same email address used to place your order.
This is the email address we provide to Australia Post.
Address redirection is free.
Redirection is not available once your parcel is marked “Out for Delivery.”
My Tracking Link Isn’t Updating
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
If your tracking hasn’t updated:
Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan.
Check again the following business day.
Delays between tracking scans can occasionally occur due to carrier processing.
My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected
Delivery times vary depending on location.
Metro Areas
Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.
Regional & Remote Areas
Delivery can take up to 10–15 business days in some cases.
If your parcel is more than 5 business days past the expected delivery window, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly for an update.
My Order Hasn’t Been Shipped Yet
We dispatch orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend may take up to 2 business days to ship, as our team does not fulfil orders on weekends and volumes are typically higher.
During major sale events, dispatch times may extend up to 14 days.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order ships.
My Order Is Marked as Delivered But I Haven’t Received It
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel:
Check around your property.
Check with neighbours or household members.
Contact Australia Post for confirmation.
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery notification with:
Your order number
Confirmation that you’ve contacted Australia Post
We’ll investigate further from there.
