Short Answer

We dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), with delivery times depending on your location and shipping method. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are shipped within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 7am AEST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take up to 2 business days to ship.

During Sale Periods

During major sale events (e.g. Black Friday), processing times may extend up to 14 days due to high order volumes.

If delays are expected, we will keep you updated via email.


Shipping Timeframes

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, Australia using Australia Post.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Australia – Parcel Post

  • Within QLD: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Australia – Express Post

  • Within QLD: 1–2+ business days

  • Interstate: 1–3+ business days

Please note:
Delivery times to regional and remote locations may take longer than the estimates above. In some cases, delivery can take 10–15 business days, depending on carrier routing and location.


New Zealand – International

  • International Parcel Post: 8–15 business days

  • International Express Post: 2–5 business days

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier conditions.


Shipping to External Territories

We ship to:

  • Christmas Island

  • Cocos (Keeling) Islands

  • Norfolk Island

For these locations, we recommend Express Post, as standard shipping may take 2+ months.

Free Shipping

Australia

We offer free shipping when:

  • Your order total exceeds $99, OR

  • Your order contains only refill products

Refill-only orders qualify for free shipping regardless of order value.

Eligible refill products include:

  • Hand Wash Refills

  • Body Wash Refills

  • Face Wash Refills

  • Face Wash Towels

  • Universal Cleaner Refills

  • Laundry Detergent Sheets

  • Dishwasher Tablets

  • Dish Liquid Refills

  • Toilet Blocks

  • Waffle Cloths

  • Dish Cloths

  • Dish Brushes

  • Beeswax Wraps

  • Shower Steamers

You may order any combination of the above products, as long as no non-refill items are included.

We offer free shipping on refill-only orders because we believe refilling should not cost more.

Pumps & Spray Triggers

We offer free shipping in Australia for pumps and spray triggers when:

  • Purchased alongside a refill-only order, OR

  • The total order value exceeds $99


Flat-Rate Shipping Fees

Australia

$10 flat rate for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

New Zealand

$12 flat rate for regular orders.
$5 flat rate for refill-only and pump replacement orders.

External Territories

$10 flat rate for standard shipping.
$15 for Express Post.

We can ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Parcel Collect locations


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can:

  • Track your parcel

  • Redirect your parcel

  • Manage delivery

Using the Australia Post mobile app.

Please note:
You must log into the AusPost app using the same email address used to place your order.

Redirection is not available once your parcel is marked “Out for Delivery.”


Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • For metro areas, please allow the maximum delivery window shown above.

  • For regional or remote areas, please allow up to 10–15 business days before escalation.

If your order is more than 5 business days past the expected delivery window, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly for an update.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check around your property and with neighbours.

  • Contact Australia Post.

  • If still unresolved, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery notification.


Carbon Offset

All Skipper orders are shipped using Australia Post and we offset 100% of carbon emissions through Greenfleet Australia.
