Can I Change My Shipping Address?Updated a month ago

Short Answer

Yes — you can update your shipping address before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed by us, but you may be able to redirect it using the Australia Post app.


How to Change Your Address (Before Dispatch)

You can update your shipping address in two ways:

Option 1: On the Thank You Page

After placing your order, you’ll see a button under your order details labelled:

“Change Shipping Address”

Click this button to update your delivery address.


Option 2: Through Your Skipper Account

  1. Log in at account.skipper.org

  2. Sign in using the email address used to place your order

  3. Click on the relevant order

  4. In the shipping address section, click “Change Shipping Address”

You can update your address here as long as your order has not yet been shipped.


Once Your Order Has Been Shipped

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are no longer able to change the delivery address.

However, you may be able to redirect your parcel through Australia Post.

How to Redirect Your Parcel

  1. Download the Australia Post mobile app:
    https://auspost.com.au/about-us/about-our-site/australia-post-app

  2. Log in using the same email address used to place your order
    (This is the email address we provide to Australia Post.)

  3. Select your parcel and choose the redirection option.

Address redirection is free.


Important

  • Address changes are not possible once your parcel is marked “Out for Delivery.”

  • If the parcel is already out for delivery, you will need to contact Australia Post directly for further assistance.
