Can I Cancel My Order?Updated 24 days ago

Short Answer

Orders can be cancelled before they have been packed and shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may return it to sender for a refund.


How to Request a Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order:

  1. Email [email protected]

  2. Include your order number

  3. Let us know you would like to cancel

We dispatch orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend may take up to 2 business days to ship.

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order enters our fulfilment process.


If Your Order Has Already Been Packed or Shipped

Once your order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to receive it, you may:

  • Mark the parcel as “Return to Sender” when it arrives.

  • Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.


Can I Add Items to My Existing Order?

Yes — if your order has not yet been shipped.

You can:

If both orders have not yet been shipped, our team can pack them together.

If we combine your orders, you may request a refund for any additional shipping costs paid on the second order.


Important

  • Cancellation is only possible before packing and dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders must be returned to sender.

  • We cannot intercept parcels once they are in transit.
